First: Technical and Professional Supervision

Providing direct professional supervision of psychologists and ensuring the quality of services delivered in safe spaces.

Strengthening safe identification and referral mechanisms in accordance with approved referral pathways, confidentiality, and monitoring the team’s adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the Do Not Harm principle.

Providing regular professional supervision (individual and group sessions) for psychologists.

Conducting CBT sessions and providing team training on mental health, psychological first aid, and gender-based violence.

Supporting the implementation of approved work manuals according to established standards, and adhering to professional standards, protection policies, and humanitarian ethics.

Reviewing psychosocial plans, sessions, and activities before implementation and conducting periodic follow-ups during interventions.

Second: Team Management and Capacity Building

-Identifying the team’s training needs and contributing to the preparation and implementation of capacity-building activities.

-Contributing to the ongoing evaluation of team performance and submitting recommendations to the direct supervisor.

-Coordinating with psychologists, case managers, legal support, and the psychosocial support supervisor to implement project activities.

-Preparing work plans and field visits. Third: Coordination and Reporting

– Ongoing coordination with the project coordinator, case management team, and relevant stakeholders.

– Preparing periodic professional reports, success stories, and lessons learned.

– Ensuring the professional documentation of activities according to the project’s approved templates and guaranteeing data quality.

– Documenting the number of beneficiaries categorized by gender, age, and disability.

– Analyzing project indicators and data.

– Performing any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
