The Culture and Free Thought Association provides integrated services that respond to the needs of the Palestinian community in the Gaza Strip, and take into account the principles of human rights, dignity, protection, inclusion, non-discrimination, and community participation.
This includes operating educational spaces and points, providing support education, addressing learning loss, providing educational materials, supporting active learning, training teachers, activating parent-teacher councils, and providing life activities for children and adolescents.
Psychological first aid includes individual and group counseling, case management, referral, child rights awareness, child-led initiatives, and activities that promote leadership, identity, and self-confidence.
Public health services include sexual and reproductive health, general medicine, pharmacy, wound dressing, family planning, breast examination, ultrasound imaging, prenatal care, pre-conception and postnatal care, gynecological treatment, adolescent girls services, laboratory services, referrals, and specialist medical services such as dermatology, family medicine, and seasonal medicine.
This includes receiving women and girls who are survivors of violence, case management, referral, psychosocial support, legal services, health support, emergency cash support, and gradual economic empowerment, all within a survivor-centered approach that respects privacy and dignity.
Psychological first aid includes individual and group sessions, psychological and social counseling, psychological awareness sessions, stress management, self-care, stress relief activities, and recreational and interactive activities.
Legal consultations include legal mediation, support in obtaining documents and proof papers, awareness of personal status issues, divorce, custody, inheritance, marital rights, and the rights of widowed and divorced women.
The multi-purpose vouchers include cash-for-work support, support for women survivors of violence, and enhancing women’s ability to meet their basic needs and prepare for recovery and livelihoods.
This includes the distribution of food and non-food aid, the provision of hot meals, the operation of the community kitchen, the distribution of displacement supplies, shelter services, cash assistance, dignity kits, hygiene materials, and basic relief items.
It includes training, liberatory learning, leadership, critical thinking, creativity, writing, arts, mobile cinema, artificial intelligence, initiative design, and youth-led community work.
It includes dialogue sessions, accountability, consultative meetings, awareness campaigns, support for resilience-building committees, networking, advocacy, and conveying the voices of target groups to stakeholders and decision-makers.
